H1N1 Clinics for Hancock County Residents Announced

Monday November 2 at the Chester American Legion from 6-8pm.
Target group includes children who are 6 months through 9 years old.
11/3
Tuesday November 3, at West Virginia Northern, Weirton from 6-8pm.
Target group includes children who are 6 months through 9 years old.
11/10
Tuesday November 10, at West Virginia Northern, Weirton from 6-8pm.
Target group includes children who are 6 months through 9 years old.
11/30
Monday November 30th, at Rockefeller Career Center, New Cumberland
from 5-8 pm. Target group includes those 10 years through 24 years old.
 *We do expect that families who have children in different age goups may
come together.
*Children who are residents of Hancock County and attend schools in another county are welcome.
*Children who attend schools in Hancock County and are residents in another county are welcome.
*Vaccinations given will be based on supply available at time of clinic.
*No charge associated with these clinics.
*CHILDREN 9 YEARS OLD AND UNDER SHOULD RECEIVE A SECOND DOSE OF THE H1N1 VACCINE AT LEAST 21 DAYS AFTER THE FIRST DOSE.
*YOU MAY BRING YOUR CHILD TO OUR H1N1 CLINIC ON NOVEMBER 30TH (ROCKEFELLER CAREER CENTER, 5-8 PM) FOR THE 2ND DOSE IF THE 1ST DOSE WAS GIVEN ON OR BEFORE NOV 9TH. |
