Hancock County 7th Grade Initiative / Additional Dates
The Hancock County Health Department will be administering the vaccines, Menactra and Tdap, for incoming 7th graders who attend Hancock County Schools.
The clinic times and dates are as followed:
August 10, 12, 17, 19, 24, 26, and 31st
Hours: 4pm - 6pm
Please bring your childs’s immunization records. The child must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. The vaccines are free of charge for those thar are underinsured or without insurance.
