Health Promotion and Education
1. Provide public speaking to organizations upon request. 2. Maintain cooperative relationships with other local agencies and groups related to the health care and health promotion profession. 3. Provide educational opportunities for community members on specific topics such as hepatitis and rabies. 4. Plan, coordinate and/or facilitate educational programs to meet the continuing education need for local health professionals. 5. Participate in community health fairs. 6. Conduct or assist in community health needs assessments. 7. Community health planning and assurance. 8. Health coordination with other Northern Panhandle County Health Departments. |
