Guidelines include:
MUST be a WV resident, with no health insurance or those who have no vaccine-coverage with their health insurance.
People 65 years & older who meet this guideline automatically qualify at the local Health Dept.
People 19 years through 64 years with at least one underlying health condition, including those who are just seeking protection
from Covid-19, [along with “shared clinical decision-making”] qualify at the local Health Dept.
