AllΒ Hancock County, WV studentsΒ (grades 5th though 12th) are invited to sign-up for the June 17th clinic.
Place: Hancock County Health Department.
Time: Time: 3p to 6p.

Cost : $30 cash due at time of physical
Completed physical form with parental signatures required at appointment.
